My right dash broke could I get a replacement?
Log an email support query with Bragi to report this as you’ll probably get a quicker and more direct response there. Unsure how old your Dash 1.0 unit is, but I’m assuming you’ve done the usual troubleshooting practices like resets, reseats in the dock, trying to update the OS again both by the launcher and / or the recovery update method?
