Had to return my Headphones. It took 2 months to get a replacement with zero responses to emails or tweets, got generic replies from Facebook messenger, and now the replacement is worse than the faulty one I sent back.
I don’t want to have to wait another 2 months while they “wait for stock to arrive”
The right just continually gives a random flash and won’t switch on off the charger case.
Dissapointed is an understatement and if I could get my money back I would.
