Pairing issue of The Dash and iPhone


I got recently second hand Dash headphones. I am not able to pair it with my iPhone.

What works:

  • charging (both headphones are ‘breathing’ when in case, the breathing is not synchronized)
  • update of the firmware - I managed to update to 3.2.0

What doesn’t work:

  • the headphone doesn’t show up in bluetooth devices, no matter how long I hold the button
  • I hear no sound or even hissing from right earpiece (I hear a subtle hissing from the left one)

I tried to reset using the button in the case, but no result. Any tip what I can do to make it work?
