When I put the headphone one, nothing happens…followed every instruction and emailed back and forth with the support team. Done everything they asked for. Then, still nothing happens. Dead…all dead. I bought it at the airport. Now, what should I do? Help!!!
Same experience. Had them replaced and second pair the same again. I know how to follow instructions and tried all remedies including contacting Bragi support. Just shouldn’t be this hard for a premium product. Promissing freatures but wont even turn on. I give up, they’re rubbish.
