I got the headphone just 2days ago. From the first, the left earbud didn’t work.
During 2 days, I’ve really tired hard to fix it. I read all comments about the same problems and did everything following the suggestion, but it’s not working until now.
It was horribly a troublesome task. It’s too tired and inconvenient experience compare with the other brands.
I’d like to refund or replace this.
