The left ear bud not working from day one. It wont charge(i made sure it was placed correctly and i made sure that the charger is working fine) and it wont connect. I tried updating but no changes occured. The right bud is working and paired. In need of help

Well…I heard from support, but don’t have a computer with me while i’m On vacation, so I can’t try anything. I bought these for vacation and they are useless to me. Worst headphone experience i’ve Ever had. Given the number of people with the same issue with no true resolution to the problem, why do you keep selling this horrible product?
