Same issues for me with the left bud not connecting- since the 3.0 update the left basically stopped working. Past my warranty and the issue has been escalated with Bragi Support but they can’t fix it so far. I have reformatted them, recovered them and still nothing. Seems to me that it is a software issue and basically I just wasted $300. Very unfortunate because I loved them when they actually worked.
