Dash pro charging case is dead


My charger has stopped charging my headphones. Does anybody know if Bragi support is still around and how do I go about reaching them.

Have you tried reaching out to support@bragi.com? I think that address should still work. If not, I or someone else on the site can let you know another address. Please let us know what you hear. The typical response time was (last I checked) 24-48 weekday hours and remember to check your junk mail folder. You should get an automated response within a few minutes.

That said, manufacturing stopped for a while and parts inventories apparently ran to 0. Rumor has it that manufacturing has resumed, which is great as some of us have been waiting for replacement parts for over a year.
