Customer service, please respond!

Back in July my wife sent in her ear buds after the left one stopped working (Return #100017615). After months of emails, she is STILL yet to receive any type of replacement, she’s been told “waiting for them to become available in your region”. No timeline given, and now we are on 4 months without them.

This is simply unacceptable customer service. They were faulty, we returned them waiting for a working pair, have yet to receive replacement.

Can you please refund our money from the purchase, or upgrade our replacement for earbuds you have in stock.

This has really been a very disappointing experience with Bragi.
