Bragi support does not respond to emails

I spent near $300 on the Dash and can’t get a response from Bragi after multiple emails! It’s been a week and all I hear are crickets. It’s frustrating to bot be able to use them and have to use the inferior Apple earbuds.

I’ve reached out to Bragi support on a number of occasions over the last two years (including an active case that I’m currently working on) and have always found them to be very responsive! Are you mailing support@bragi.com? You should get an auto-reply right away and a personal response within 48 business hours. Also, have you checked your junk mail filter?

I just checked my junk mail and there is a response! Thanks for the suggestion. I’ve emailed them in the past and have never had an issue with them not replying. They’ve never been in my junk mail folder though.
