Bragi support does not respond to emails

I spent near $300 on the Dash and can’t get a response from Bragi after multiple emails! It’s been a week and all I hear are crickets. It’s frustrating to bot be able to use them and have to use the inferior Apple earbuds.

I’ve reached out to Bragi support on a number of occasions over the last two years (including an active case that I’m currently working on) and have always found them to be very responsive! Are you mailing You should get an auto-reply right away and a personal response within 48 business hours. Also, have you checked your junk mail filter?

I just checked my junk mail and there is a response! Thanks for the suggestion. I’ve emailed them in the past and have never had an issue with them not replying. They’ve never been in my junk mail folder though.
