2 months support doesn't change defective dash pro

3/05/19 I’ve sent all the information the Aftersales requests for the exchange of the defective earphones. More than two months passed, I still don’t have any feedback!! How long I need to wait for the exchange? Or you just steal money selling defective goods and it’s okay for your company?

lmao I sent mine in last November and have yet to get anything as well.
